Sc.<br \/><\/strong>FEV Europe GmbH, Aachen<\/p>\n<p>Charlotte Sch\u00f6pges is a dedicated and experienced engineer who currently works as Team Leader for Battery E\/E and BMS System at FEV Europe GmbH, a position she has held since February 2022. Previously, she worked as a project engineer at FEV Europe GmbH. Her academic background includes a Master&#8217;s degree in Management Sciences with a specialisation in General Management from the University of Li\u00e8ge and a Master&#8217;s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the same university. She is multilingual and fluent in French, German and English. She has also obtained several certifications, including a certification for working under high-voltage conditions (HV3) in the automotive sector and a certification as an Automotive Functional Safety Professional. It ensures that the battery operates within safe operating parameters by monitoring temperature, voltage and current flow. The BMS balances the individual cells of the battery to ensure even utilisation and charging.
