However, challenges remain in terms of their technical maturity, particularly in manufacturing, cost and performance. This seminar introduces the functioning of this battery cell technology. This is accompanied by an overview of the wide variety of subtypes of solid-state batteries with their individual characteristics.<\/p>\n<p>As this technology is a completely new development, there are also hurdles for its use in battery systems. The costs, energy density and producibility in particular play a role here.
